Let’s chat about deal breakers in a relationship.

Recently I published two posts on the power of words when parenting.

The equation is pretty simple.

Positive words = positive impact.

Negative words = negative impact.

We make sure to tread gently with our kids’ hearts but how often do you treat your partner with the same dignity, love and respect that you show others?

It doesn’t matter how old you are – careless words cut deep.

Words can be used as weapons or alternatively to heal, nurture and reconnect.

As Ursula Leguin said, love doesn’t sit there like a stone. It has to be made like bread; re-made every day, made new.
