Bad Parenting – 65 Things Parents Don’t Want To Hear
Looking for a list of things parents don’t want to hear? Here’s the best list of unsolicited and bad parenting advice.
Hey my friend,
Let’s chat about bad parenting advice.
If you’re looking for a list of things that parents don’t want to hear, including unsolicited bad parenting advice, you have come to the right place.
Let me guess…
Over the years you have probably received your own fair share of unsolicited parenting advice.
It may come from people who have no kids (that’s always fun – I wonder what made them experts?).
Or maybe parents who think they are experts in raising their perfect kids (in that case, refrain from bragging about your perfect kid and let me focus on my own family).
I thought I’d have some fun with today’s post and share 65 things that it’s preferable that you NEVER, EVER say to another parent.
But before we begin:
You need to remember this:
Advice from your friends and strangers is like the weather.
Some of it is good and some of it is bad.
Same goes for people: some people are genuinely trying to be helpful, others are just plain rude and judgemental.
Never base your decisions off the advice of people who don’t have to live with the results.
Ignore the haters.
You do what is best for YOU and your family.
Everyone wants to tell you what to do and what’s good for you. They don’t want you to find your own answers; they want you to believe theirs. – Socrates

That is, if you have nothing nice to say, don’t say anything at all.
Until next time, much love,
