Achieve Goals NOW – 3 Ways To Crush Your Goals In Life

 

Want to achieve goals now? Here are 3 quick ways to totally crush your goals in a way that feels super EASY!

 

 

Let’s talk about how to achieve goals with ease. In this post, I’ll be sharing with you 3 simple ways that you can totally crush your goals with ease.

If you’ve tried achieving your goals in the past and feel like they’re always out of your reach, I have a few simple suggestions to recommend to you.

But the first thing I want to point out to you:

 

Goals are traditionally SUPPOSED to be a little difficult to achieve (otherwise it wouldn’t be a goal but just another item on your to-do list).

 

However, we often make the process of goal-chasing EVEN HARDER to achieve by not approaching them with the right method.

Lucky for you I have some great creative methods that you can use to set goals and make sure that you achieve them. Let me share with you my favorite three methods here.

STRATEGY 1# – The Long & Short Goal Method:

 

The first goal-setting method I have to recommend is one you’re probably already familiar with.

It’s making sure your long-term goals are broken down into smaller ones over a specified period of time.

This is seriously my secret to successfully achieving really massive goals – YOU NEED TO ABLE TO BREAK YOUR BIG GOALS DOWN.

How do you write a 100,000-word book?

You write it one word at a time.

How do you build a home?

You build it by placing one brick at a time.

How do you save $10,000?

You save it $1 at a time.

You get the picture, I’m sure!

So, to bring this back to you and your goals, I recommend that you first work out WHAT IS IT YOU ACTUALLY WANT TO ACHIEVE?  

 

For example, write down 10 goals that you want to achieve in the next five years.

Once you have done that, you need to determine what short-term goals you will have to accomplish in order to make this happen.

These short goals may be things that you can do in a week, month or it may take as long as a year.

The only rule is that they lead to long-term ones.

 

If your brain gets stuck brainstorming these short-term goal ideas, please keep digging. Be a detective and keep investigating until you work it out.

 

Why?

Well because if you can’t see how to get to your long-term goals over a smaller series of steps, that goal may end up always just a wish and dream rather than a reality.

STRATEGY #2 – The Checklist Method:

 

If the above method doesn’t appeal to you or you feel like trying something different, another strategy I recommend is called the checklist method.

The checklist method is similar to the long and short method, but it brings your task list down to a daily level.

Once again, you will need to set some pretty amazing long-term goals that make you feel inspired and excited.

Then, once you have these goals in mind, the next step is to write a list of things that you can do daily to achieve those goals.

This will be your daily checklist.

Once you have this list, make sure to refer to it DAILY.

 

You can put it on your phone or print the list out, or use it as the background on your computer – whatever makes it easier for you to refer to it constantly and make sure that you check off all of those goals every day.

At first, it may be weird having to incorporate these new daily tasks into your day but trust me, after a while it will become second nature to finish your checklist before you go to bed.

This is the method that I used to write my first 3 big novels of 100,000 words – I would write 1,000 words each day, rain, hail or shine and after a while, I’m not kidding – the words just started to flow right out of me.

STRATEGY #3 – The Journal Method:

 

Finally, there’s the journal method.

Have I ever told you how much I ABSOLUTELY LOVE JOURNALLING.

The journal method simply encourages you to write your goals down in a journal or diary, and then write an entry as often as you can about what you’re doing to progress towards your goals.

It may sound rather basic especially as it’s more free-flowing and less restrictive method than the checklist method but I promise, the ideas that will often come to you when you’re journaling about your goals are AMAZING.

For me, writing activates this little part of my brain where all my best ideas come out and hopefully you will find this happens to you too when you journal about your goals.
