Bitchy Friends – 20 Genius Tips To Deal With Them
Dealing with bitchy friends or family? Here are 20 genius tips on exactly what to say to put them back in place.
Let’s chat about bitchy friends.
If you are looking for helpful tips to share with UNHELPFUL or bitchy friends, family work colleagues or strangers, this post is for you.
Let’s be honest – we have all been there at one point in time: receiving advice that was intended to be helpful. Yet because it was unsolicited it clearly wasn’t.
My advice to you is to freely IGNORE such unhelpful advice from bitchy friends.
Instead I have some helpful advice for these people.
Please feel free to share the following 20 helpful tips with whoever needs to read it.

Without further ado, here it is – 20 tips for unhelpful or bitchy friends, family, work colleagues and strangers:
BITCHY FRIENDS ADVICE –
TELL THEM THIS
1. If it doesn’t concern you or directly impact your life please don’t involve yourself in the situation. Other people’s problems are none of your business.
Please remain detached and let those concerned with the problem deal with it amongst themselves.
2. Understand that other people may be dealing with things that YOU KNOW NOTHING ABOUT.
3. Be kind and compassionate at all times. If you can’t be either of those two things please understand you aren’t helping the matter in any way with your unsolicited advice.
4. Oh and for the record: advice should always be solicited as opposed to unsolicited. If we want your help we will ask for it!
5. Looking down at people and assuming you are better / smarter / more adjusted than others is plain rude and only makes YOU look bad.
6. Help is defined as making it easier or possible for someone to do something by offering them one’s services or resources.
If you aren’t making their life easier (instead harder) you aren’t helping them in any way even if you think you are.

BITCHY FRIENDS ADVICE –
TELL THEM THIS
7. People are allowed to have different opinions from you.
8. People are allowed to make different decisions from you.
9. People are allowed to react to situations differently from you.
10. People have the freedom to make their own decisions without your approval or consent.
11. If you aren’t actually walking in another person’s pair of shoes, don’t assume you know their path.
12. Furthermore, if you haven’t walked in another person’s pair of shoes, don’t assume you know where they have been.
13. In general, never assume anything. It just makes an ass out of you and me.
14. If you have never heard this quote by Bob Marley before, please read it three times: I know I’m not perfect — and I don’t live to be — but before you start pointing fingers, make sure your hands are clean!
15. If you have nothing nice to say don’t say anything at all.

BITCHY FRIENDS ADVICE –
TELL THEM THIS
16. If you didn’t see it with your own eyes, or hear it with your own ears, don’t invent it with your small mind and share it with your big mouth!
17. There are three sides to every story: your side, my side, and the truth. And no one is lying. Memories shared serve each differently.
18. The smartest people in the world admit they DON’T KNOW everything. The people with the most to learn in life think they are EXPERTS at everything.
19. Speak less, think more. Use your heart and not just your head.
20. My final advice to you: Life is too short to be an unhelpful dick. Be nice and open-minded instead!
Much love,
