Our Biggest Daily Battle  

 

 

Hey my friend,

This is my biggest daily battle.

I’m wondering if the same is true for you?

It’s having my:

 

HEAD

HEART and

INTUITION all in massive conflict.

 

For example,

 

👉🏻 MY INTUITION: You need to write another book on this topic

 

👉🏻 MY HEART: I love writing books even though it’s incredible draining for me.

 

👉🏻 MY HEAD: What? NOOOOO! Writing books is hard. Why would you want to put yourself through that grief again?

 

 

Another example I often see in others:

 

👉🏻 THEIR INTUITION: It’s time to leave this job/relationship.

 

👉🏻 THEIR HEART: Yes that’s true but there are lots of things I do love about that job/relationship.

 

👉🏻 THEIR HEAD: Get a new job/relationship? But that’s so hard/scary. What if you can’t find a new job/relationship? What if you end up worse off if you leave?

 

And it’s this inner turmoil that drives us crazy every day.

 

We want to trust and listen to our intuition but I don’t want to kid you that this is an easy thing to do.

This daily inner battle is the work I’m constantly working on.

 

Because I want to trust my intuition versus ignore it.

 

I don’t want my head, which is ruled by fear and panic to make the big decisions in life for me.

 

That’s why I absolutely love this quote by Bruce Lee who said:

 

“Do not pray for an easy life, pray for the strength to endure a difficult one”
