How to Cope with Terrible People

If you feel “lazy,” unmotivated, or stuck, you’re probably not lazy at all – you’re overwhelmed.

Does this sound familiar?

• You want to get things done, but your body just won’t move.
• You spend more time thinking about doing the thing than actually doing it.
• You feel guilty even when you rest, like you should be doing more.
• You feel behind before you even start.
• You plan big… and then freeze when it’s time to take action.
• You mentally beat yourself up for “wasting time,” even though you’re exhausted.

If you were nodding ‘yes’ to even one of those, then lean in – because chances are this isn’t a laziness issue but it’s a thought and overwhelm pattern we can actually change.

If you’ve been calling yourself lazy, unmotivated, or not disciplined enough… please know you probably aren’t truly lazy at all.

Here’s how you’ll know you’re not actually lazy – you:

• Care deeply about your goals.
• Think about changing all the time.
• Feel bad when you don’t follow through.
• Keep consuming self-development content (like this).
• Have high standards… sometimes too high.

Lazy people don’t feel guilt, reflect, or try to grow – they don’t even think about this stuff. You do.

Most people who label themselves as “lazy” are actually overwhelmed, exhausted, or carrying impossible expectations.

In this video, you’ll learn the real reasons you shut down and how to get your energy, confidence, and momentum back..
