Looking for the best self improvement books? All you need to do is read these 3 best books to change your life.

Let’s chat about the best self improvement books.

For the record I love, love, love reading. So much in fact that I’m pretty sure I have read over 1000 books in my lifetime so far.

The reason I love books so much is because they have the power to change the way you think and show up in this world.

So, a quick question:

Have you ever wondered what you can do in life that would make you feel happier and more fulfilled?

Instead of sitting there feeling confused and letting days and then weeks pass without you being productive, why not read the following books and find inspiration that will keep you going?

I want you to know you have the option of learning from others.

Check out what the best-selling authors say about living life well, and using your assets to the fullest while you can.

1 – Don’t Sweat the Small Stuff and It’s All Small Stuff by Richard Carlson:

This is a simple book that packs a lot of punch.

Here’s the reason why: a lot of us spend way too much time sweating about the small stuff.

When we believe that life is too busy and there is nothing we can do about it, it often leaves us feeling overwhelmed by the stresses, the hustles and bustles that go along with it.

In this book, Dr. Carlson, American psychotherapist and renowned “happiness-specialist”, reminds you to pause for a while and take a few deep breaths.

He also recommends that you to leave behind the trivial things and the small stuff that cause you anxieties. His book offers 100 meditations that will make you live a happier and stress-free life.

This is one of those simple books that has a title with the potential to become a mantra for your life.

2 – The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People by Stephen R. Covey

I absolutely love, love, love this book.

Believing that essential changes in life must be embraced effectively, American educator and speaker Covey in his book, advises that in order to do this, you must also change your perceptions.

In this book he also shares 7 simple habits that will help you embrace your inner self, in addition to helping you get along well with others so you can enjoy both inward and outward success.

The seven habits are as follows:

1 – Be Proactive

2 – Begin With The End In Mind

3 – Put First Things First

4 – Think Win-Win

5 – Seek First To Understand Then To Be Understood

6 – Synergize

7 – Sharpen The Saw

These 7 tips which he describes in great detail in his best-selling book will forevermore change the way you take action and show up in this world.

3 – The Power of Positive Thinking by Norman Peale

This book was published in 1952 (OMG, yes 70 years ago!)

Considered as one of the originators of positive thinking, Peale shares in this book the tips he most recommends to make your life more satisfying.

I love how practical his advice is and how easy it is to put your ideas and inspiration into concrete actions.

He says that the key to happiness is something anybody can do: “Keep your heart free from hate, your mind from worry. Live simply, expect little, give much. Scatter sunshine, forget self, think of others.”

In a nutshell, these are but a few of the widely-known highly-motivating self-help books you can browse through when you feel like drawing inspiration from within yourself seems not enough.

I recommend with starting with these three in order to feel a little more motivated. These three definitely have the power to change your life today.

Until next time, much love and as always dream big my friend.

You know I love and appreciate you all.

Much love, Frances Vidakovic xxx
